Alongside the Temazcal the womens circle and ceremony is potent and transformative.
We will be sitting in circle which also includes cacao and sharing food.

*It is preferred and recommended to join both the circle and temazcal to get the most out of the experience.

This circle is the second of a series of 4 and we will be exploring the Mental Body.

Your thinking mind—the one that often feels so much like you—lives trapped between what once was and what might be. It rushes ahead, clings to the past, repeats patterns, judgments, beliefs. But… who educated it? From where do your thoughts truly arise?

So often, that mind is held up by ancient structures, silently inherited through generations. It was built upon what you heard as a child, on the unspoken words, the glances, the expectations placed upon you and everything you never allowed yourself to become.
And without realizing it, many times that mind is still deciding for you… still narrating your life with voices that aren’t even yours.

But there is a sacred possibility: to re-educate your mind. To reprogram it from a place of consciousness. To choose a new narrative—one that doesn’t repeat the wound, but transforms it. The mind can be your greatest limitation or the most powerful bridge to an awakened, coherent life.

From this space, I invite you to the Mental Body Circle in 13 Moons Sacred Women’s. Not just to understand the mind, but to transform it. To make it your ally. To turn it into a tool at the service of your soul.

Ask yourself, with honesty:
    •    What do you believe about your mind?
    •    Do you truly know it, or are you simply living inside its labyrinths?
    •    When you speak to yourself… who is actually speaking?
    •    When you recall your mother, your father… what words come back to you?
    •    What story have you repeated so many times that it now feels like the truth?
    •    What limiting stories are you still carrying out of loyalty or fear?
    •    What new stories could you begin to write if you knew everything could change?

What lives in your mind today… and what are you willing to plant in it to create a new, true, expansive life in full alignment with your being?

Because yes… your mind can become the very channel of your deepest healing. Let us walk this passage of life with full openness—for in order to truly know what lives within us, we must dare to journey there.
