Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner exploration with this monthly 2-hour immersion, featuring Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. Surrender to the gentle yet profound practice of Yin Yoga, followed by the blissful journey of Yoga Nidra and concluding with the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls all to encourage harmony between mind, body, and spirit in a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation.This event will take place at the Geelong Myotherapy and Wellness Center.

WHAT TO BRING:
We have everything needed for the practice at the studio unless you have your favorite pillow, mat and blanket that you would prefer to use.
Please wear comfortable clothes for light stretches and gentle movement and please bring some layers to pop on including cozy socks.
Bring a water bottle, open mind and heart.
