Gippsland Location - MoeProfessional Development activities for Teachers and Educational Support Staff who want more knowledge and understanding of autism and how it impacts the classroom.
These workshops will assist attendees to increase their understanding of the fundamentals of ASD and develop skills to better support autistic students.
Friday 22nd August 2025
9.30-11am Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder and the Impact on Learning
11.30am - 1pm Communication across the spectrum
1.45pm - 3.30pm Creating Inclusive Classrooms
These will be presented by the Northern School for Autism Principal, Pamela Mathieson and the Speech Pathology Team.
Cost: $200 per person (includes hand out notes, examples of visual supports, morning tea and certificate)
Location: The Academy Moe, 32 Kirk Street Moe
