With the season in full swing, now is the time to sharpen your skills and boost your performance to get ready for finals
Led by expert coach Iacopo La Rocca, this full-day clinic focuses on:
• Speed and agility drills
• 1 v 1 attacking and defending
• Precision passing
• High-intensity small-sided games
Whether you're fine-tuning your technique or building confidence under pressure this clinic will be one not to miss.
What to Bring: Football boots, runners, activewear, water bottle, lunch, and snacks.
$125 for the day

• Ball handling and passing
• Attacking and defending techniques

• Netball-specific fitness
• Match play and decision-making
Whether you're building confidence or preparing for high-level competition, these sessions provide the tools to grow and succeed on court.
