Entry: Free entry for Mentone LSC members/$5 for non-members (includes pre-dip fun, a safe Viking icy cold dip, mulled wine/hot tea and access to showers/change rooms)
Swimmers Arrive: 5.15pm
Swimmers Safety Briefing: 5.50pm
Swim Commences: 6.00pm
