Wantirna South Primary School students' production "SHINDIG"
SHINDIG
Set in 1964 at Wantirna Junior High, SHINDIG follows awkward and ballet loving Hugo Brown as he transforms into the mysterious and ultra-cool ‘Jack Smart’ to compete in a televised dance contest hosted by Ed Gilroy’s National Shindig. With help from his magical Fairy Modfather, Hugo learns that no amount of hair cream can beat the power of being true to yourself. Packed with toe-tapping soul hits, schoolyard drama and 1960s flair, SHINDIG celebrates individuality, courage and the joy of dancing.

Adults $25.00 (no concessions), Children/Students $15.00 (year 12 and under).
There is no cost to children 4 years and under, but they will not be allocated a seat.
