An Unmissable Night: Celebrating Women in Sport
Join us for an inspiring and fun-filled evening that celebrates the achievements of women in sport—past, present, and future.
We’re honoured to welcome Alex Blackwell, former Australian cricket captain and proud Riverina local, as our special guest speaker. Alex will share stories about her journey from regional NSW to the pinnacle of cricket, and take questions from the audience in a candid Q&A session.
This event will raise funds for a memorial wall recognising Australia’s women cricket captains—a long-overdue tribute to match the men’s Cricket Captains Walk in Cootamundra.
Time: 6.30pm
Venue: The Coota Ex-Services Club, 299 Parker St, Cootamundra
