Join Shannon for a fun and energising boxing workout where you’ll learn all the fundamental punches—jab, cross, hooks & upper cuts—plus combos to get you moving confidently. We’ll mix in strength and conditioning drills to work on your power, stamina, and coordination!This session is perfect for beginners and intermediate levels, or anyone wanting to pick up boxing as a new skill that builds strength and endurance.
All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel, and gloves or pads if you have them.
