Join Shannon for a fun boxing workout to learn how to jab, cross, and hook while learning simple combinations to start, and incorporating both strength and conditioning drills throughout!This is suited to beginners to intermediate and great for anyone wanting to learn a new skill such as boxing, which is great for coordination, power, strength, stamina and so much more.
All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel, and gloves/pads if you have them.
Make sure to fill out the waiver form via the link in The Women's Workout Club IG bio to let me know of any pre-existing injuries that could impact your ability to exercise.
