A weekend retreat to acknowledge and appreciate your unique ways of being.Our sense of self is multi-layered and builds in response to our lifetime experiences. So, who are we really and how do we recognise our own authentic self?
Nestled amongst the melaleuca forest, with the sounds of the ocean in Pottsville, you will be gently guided to reflect on your essential nature; to explore the facade you have built to fit in and manage your world, to compassionately be with that facade, to find an anchor in knowing your strengths, and to return to your life with renewed confidence.
Juliette and Virginia are experienced facilitators who will support you to explore through creative arts, somatic movement processes, and mindful reflection to come home to your unique self. Both registered professionals, Virginia (psychologist and dance therapist) and Juliette (counsellor and arts therapist) have together decades of practice in facilitating groups.
