Sharon Levy has over 20 years’ experience in commercial disputes, and a particular expertise in building and construction.
She has successfully represented a diverse range of clients including councils, NSW government departments, builders, developers, sub-contractors, consultants, owners corporations and high net worth individuals.
She acts for varied entities in claims related to the Home Building Act, Design and Building Practitioners Act and Security of Payment Act. She specialises in advising on construction contracts for architects, builders and contractors.
