BUILDING ON MOMENTS THAT MATTER - PLANTING SEEDS is part of a 3 workshop series that explores our relationship with screens and the simple powerful ways we can reconnect with our children in the digital age.

Explore how to create calm, balanced moments at home. We’ll use empathy and curiosity to support healthy boundaries and positive media experiences.

This session is interactive, practical and rooted in appreciative inquiry, helping you discover what already works in your family and build on it.
