TUESDAY 8TH JULY:

Does your child have problems sleeping? Today they get to make their very own mini pillow that they can squish while they wish for sleep-we will get them to choose the essential oils that are known for promoting sleep and calm-PLUS they will get a book and pencil to put their worries in BEFORE they sleep so they are out of their head!!

Anxiety and Sleep Problems
Find lasting relief from anxiety with this step-by-step workshop, featuring practical EFT tapping techniques to manage stress and build emotional resilience which will lead to a more restful sleep! This is a very practical workshop for the children to learn to be the master of their anxiety and not their anxiety being their master!
Crystal Sleep Wands
Crystal Sleep Wands by Anneliese from SHINY CREATIONS - the kids will make their own unique and fabulous sleep aid for sleep promotion.

Making Authentic Wands
Your kids will make an authentic wand by choosing their wand out of our grounds and then decorating them with crystals, vines, feathers, and jewels-we then explain to them the powers of their own creation.
A Talk on Bullies
A MUST DO verbally interactive workshop with child Counsellor Nicole Neave. This workshop gives the kids the opportunity to speak up about bullying (and share stories if they feel comfortable) and learn the best ways to deal with a bully!
Afternoon of Art and Trivia
Lots of fun games tournaments, including great trivia with prizes!
 

Every day, we also have outdoor play, an open art and craft station, and access to all costumes and stage.
 

WEEK 2:

Drama with a SPOOKY KOOKY HORROR theme
Drama fun where the kids come together to write their own collective horror tale and then act it out on stage. There will be costumes galore and plenty of photo opportunities too!

How to stop arguing
Kids love to argue their point with everybody and anybody! What they need to realise is in lots of cases its disrespectful to be argumentative. This workshop will explain to the children why they argue. This is a really revealing workshop with great results and interesting discussions! Facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
Pouring Paints Art Workshop
This Art Kart will provide the kids with an opportunity to be creative with pouring paints fluid art! This involves mixing colours and pouring them onto art mediums making unique art projects.

Words of Wisdom Sound Therapy Session
Learn about the wisdom of words and how they can help us reduce anxiety, relax and build inner strength and confidence. It truly is a game-changer to empower yourself through changing your inner language. 
Followed by a guided empowerment meditation and soothing sound therapy this session alleviates stress, elevates your mood and promotes healing in the body. 
Friends Talk
Making the right choices regarding friends can make or break your child’s social and school life! How to MAKE FRIENDS, KEEP FRIENDS and know how and when to DUMP FRIENDS. This is an interactive wonderful workshop for any child. Facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
Self esteem
It doesn’t matter where your child comes from, how clever they are, or how good their physical health is-if they don’t have good SELF ESTEEM it affects their whole outlook in life. This workshop is facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.

Get ready to join the circus for a day! This workshop will include learning a variety of new fun tricks and skills like juggling, clowning around and balance. ALCHEMY OF ARTS and CREATIVE CREATURES join forces for the day!!
