Join us for this essential two-day Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) course, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to support young people experiencing mental health challenges.
Course Highlights:
Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems in young people
Gain the confidence to offer initial help and guide a young person towards appropriate support
Accredited training led by a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor
Important Information:
Full attendance on both days is required for certification
Please arrive by 8:45 AM to allow for registration and a prompt start
What to bring:
• Pen
• Pencil
• Training manual (provided on Day 1)
Catering is included and covers morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea each day
