Session 2: Let's Talk About Menopause @ Kalamunda Library

To celebrate Women's Health Week, Kalamunda Library will be featuring two incredibly insightful and informative educational sessions for Women, presented by LUMA, who specialise in women’s health and wellbeing.
Session 2:
Let's Talk About Menopause
2:30-3:30pm
Women's health needs change throughout life. From the day we are born, we are constantly learning, growing and developing, and so is our body and its hormone balance. Luma’s health experts will support you to better understand the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause and Menopause, their impact on physical and mental wellbeing, how we can manage symptoms and reduce risk of other health conditions. This promises to be an insightful and interactive presentation.
Guests will be treated to a wonderful afternoon tea beforehand from 2pm-2:30pm to celebrate Women's Health Week. Guests are welcome to attend either or both information sessions. This event is free; however, bookings are kindly requested.
