A beautiful Pilates matwork class designed for all bodies. A dynamic style class, perfect for beginners as well as more seasoned Pilates goers. We'll work on balance, strength and flexibility in fun ways using props at times. An inclusive, body positive, come-as-you-are kind of class. Bring your own mat. This is a FREE TRIAL class. (Bookings are essential). If you love it, it will become a regular thing!
