About

This comprehensive program is suitable for experienced nurses working in acute, community, general practice & residential aged care. This builds upon the foundation Acute and Chronic Wound Management Study Day. It is strongly recommended that nursing staff attend this study day prior to attending this training in relation to wound management.
Participants will receive handouts for the day and become familiar with modes of debridement and knowledge of when and how to debride wounds using a risk assessment framework. Facilitator for this workshop is Marianne Cullen (Clinical Consultancy Services
