A session just for the people who live alongside, and support, a serving or retired emergency services or defence force worker who is suffering from PTSD and/or trauma.PTSD affects the whole family and we understand it can be a difficult journey.
This free session aims to provide support, valuable advice and strategies to help the loved ones (aged 18+) of first responders. Your wellbeing is important too!
Please arrive at the hospital reception by 2.50pm ready for a 3pm sharp start.
Free carparking is available on Gibb Street or along Gloucester Avenue, Berwick.
