Over the two-day workshop, these interwoven themes will be explored experientially:
● Intro to Hakomi
Following the healing impulse
● Developing awareness of, and relationship with, our own core material
● Increasing awareness of power in therapeutic relationships
● Awareness and curiosity of therapeutic systems
● Adopting an experiential and collaborative approach
● Re-learning to trust somatic/body awareness and information (both the client’s and our own)
● Incorporating the practice of mindfulness
● Increasing capacity for tracking
