【Plan A】
Arrive at the venue 9:00am
session 9:30am to 4:00pm inc. lunch and some tea breaks
clean up & depart the venue at 17:00
【Plan B】
AM Olivia's Walk for Wellness (Miyake Taiko for 2 hours )
PM Session for 3 hours
Hopefully finish by 17:00
clean up & depart the venue at 17:30
* subject to change according to the schedule of the event in the morning.
*Dinner on Saturday night & Lunch on Sunday are included.
