Any requests for late entries must be made via email to the event organisers no later than 5 business days before the event. Late entries will incur additional fees and acceptance of these entries are at the discretion of the event organisers. Any requests for changes to existing entries must be made via email to the event organisers no later than 5 business days before the event. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
