Enjoy medieval fun and madness this August as the Newcastle Medieval Festival returns to the foreshore for two full days of merchants, re-enactment, combat, artisans and loads more. Enjoy knights battling it out to claim victory in the combat arenas, re-enactment encampments showcasing living history, and a wide range of fun for the whole family.We encourage everyone to dress up for the occasion, however this is not compulsory. We just love seeing what outfits our visitors come up with and want everyone to have as much fun as they can.
