If you are a woman in your early 40’s - mid 50’s this talk is for you.I am a certified health coach with a special interest in the menopause transition. I’m also the mum of Remy Wald, a former Giant Steps student, who is currently at the Giant Steps Adult Services Program.
Please join me for this two hour session aimed at giving you a comprehensive overview on all things perimenopause and menopause!
This workshop will be held in the staffroom at Giant Steps Melbourne, with all proceeds donated to the organisation.
