Trauma Informed Practice - Why It MattersThis full day professional development workshop equips Frontline Workers, Support Coordinators, Practitioners, Educators and those in NDIS and Community Services Sector with knowledge and skills to apply a trauma-informed approach to everyday practice.
Many people accessing support services have lived experience of trauma, which can deeply affect communication, emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement. Without a trauma-informed lens, services risk unintentionally causing further harm. This training helps ensure your practice is safe, respectful and empowering for the people you support.
