Program Overview:
Navigating nature has never been more fun! Kings Park's Orienteering course offers students a hands-on introduction to map reading, compass skills, and plant adaptations. Working in small groups, students will take on various roles to navigate a series of control points, explore native plant life, and practise teamwork—all while enjoying the great outdoors.
What to Bring:
Closed-in shoes (required)
Hat and raincoat (weather dependent)
Water bottle
Morning tea and lunch
Sunscreen and insect repellent
Let’s get ready to explore, learn, and have a great time in nature!
