We live in a time shaped by complex and competing cultural narratives. These powerful stories influence people’s identities and aspirations, and inevitably affect our efforts at discipleship. Gaining insight into these dynamics—and how the gospel speaks into them—can significantly enhance the way we minister today.Join Alphacrucis University College’s next in-person PD event with Dr. Adam Dodds. In this session, Adam will help us make sense of our cultural moment: how we arrived here, and how we can faithfully respond.
Adam currently serves as AC’s Head of Theology and served for over a decade as Senior Minister in a Pentecostal church in New Zealand. Alongside his love for theology (and a talent for cooking a mean curry), Adam is deeply passionate about the church and how the gospel engages Western culture—particularly addressing the ideologies that challenge the proclamation of Christ.
Afternoon tea will be lavishly provided (though sadly, none of Adam’s curry this time).
