These all-levels acrobatics classes at Anzac Park focus on strength, coordination, and body control. We work through a mix of ground acrobatics, partner work, basic handstands and creative movement sequences. Each class includes a warm-up, technique drills, and guided explorations tailored to different experience levels.Dates
