We begin our morning with a smudging ceremony with Dianne before we enter into 'Our Circle of Unity And Light. We surrender to the sounds of the Rattle, calling Spirit into assist and awaken our cosmic and earthly connection. Bath in the vibrational sounds of the Drum clearing our auric field working deep into our crystalline body.
