About
Club Lennox Connection Club is a school holiday initiative designed to support the health and wellbeing of children aged 5–10. Through a mix of physical activity, creative experiences, and mindfulness practices, kids will enjoy a fun and supportive environment where they can connect, build confidence, and thrive.Each session includes soccer skills, lawn bowls, guided breathing and meditation, an introductory ice bath experience, and hands-on pizza making. Hosted at Club Lennox Sports across the bowling greens and bistro area, the program offers a unique balance of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful social connection.
