Learn how to cook wild food & fungi with foraging expert Ingrid Button in her farm kitchen.
We will be doing cooking & preserving demonstrations of whatever wild harvest is in our basket this week!
From mushrooms to edible weeds & medicinal plants we are surrounded by an abundance of free food waiting to foraged & served up as tasty treats! This class is perfect for beginners to advanced foragers, learn something new and share in ancient knowledge passed down from Grandmother, to mother, to daughter.
Included in the class- taste testers of Ingrid's yummy cooking creations & delicious warm wild herbal tea to warm you up on a chilly Winter's day around Betty our vintage wood fired stove.
Foragers Family Farm welcomes you to join our family around the table to share in our life for a few hours, eat, share, laugh and learn. Please note this is a working Farm with pigs, alpacas and chooks - feed packs available with ticket purchase so you can have some Farm animal patting time😀
