8-week course | $140 | Starts 7 JulyCome home to yourself. This nurturing class combines gentle yoga movement with powerful meditation practices that support emotional balance, focus, and rest. The first half of each class prepares the body and mind with slow, mindful yoga sequences. Then we explore a range of meditative techniques, including:
Shamatha (calm-abiding) meditation
Insight practices (Vipassana-inspired)
Yoga Nidra (guided rest)
Japa (mantra) meditation
You’ll learn how to sit comfortably, calm the mind, and develop a personal meditation practice over the term.
Perfect for: anyone feeling overwhelmed, seeking stillness, or wanting to deepen their inner practice.
