The Gin Joint presents classic rock’n’roll with Rajah Shakes:This is the chassis on which all that came after it was built. It is a sleek, shiny Cadillac straight out of a Chuck Berry song; a souped-up jalopy that is noisy, hot-tempered & irresistible.
JOHN HARDAKER'S rock’n’roll project RAJAH SHAKES captures the excitement of those days with elements of Elvis, rockabilly, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly & some greasy blues.
With John up front is ERIC K BETTS on harp & vocal, & in the back seat are LUKE ROBINSON on drums & MARTIN SKIPPER on bass.
The Gin Joint is a pop-up speakeasy in The Shed, Enniskillen Orchard, 753 Grose Vale Rd, Grose Vale.
PLEASE NOTE: tickets AND parking are strictly limited. Tickets will close a day before to include food orders. The menu will be available a week before the show.
Doors open at 6.30pm, showtime is 7.30pm.
