Our women's circles are trauma informed and offer a safe, confidential, and nurturing space for us to come together with like-hearted women and share, release and restore, be uplifted and encouraged in a supportive environment.

Join me, Rachie, an accredited, qualified and registered holistic therapist, and your fellow soul sisters in circle, where you will be guided safely through your vulnerabilities, and enhancing your self-love journey.

Give yourself permission to soften, feel and explore all of who you are whilst being held in a safe, sacred space with women in circle. Allow yourself to be seen, heard and welcomed for all that you are.

With a grounding meditation, creative journalling, heart opening practices to help drop into your body and connect with your heart and souls' desires. You'll leave our circles filled with a renewed sense of calm and courage.
