🩸 Going with the flow – a session on understanding how the menstrual cycle impacts performance and how to work with it (Parents welcome | Ages 12+)
💥 Led by two of QLD’s most influential female coaches, *Aja & Mik*, this camp is more than just basketball – it’s about empowering young athletes.
