As Part of our Bastille Day (Weekend) celebrations, we are conducting 4 wine and cheese masterclasses.Matt Steele, Associate of the World Academy of Cheese, from Cornelius Cheesemongers, will be conducting the masterclasses where he matches four of his most outstanding cheeses with Hanging Rock wines.
You will learn quite a bit about the wines and even more about the cheeses...But that's not the best bit...
The best part is that you will get to taste all four magnificent cheeses, chosen by Matt, paired with the four wonderful wines selected and matched by Ruth!
