- Competitors must register and sign paperwork on the day.
- Evening activities include a kids' disco with a sausage sizzle and a band in the Woolshed.

- Prepayment is required for event nominations.
- Competitors capped to 50/event
- Competitors must register and sign paperwork on the day.
- Suitable clothing and helmets are mandatory.
- Dates of birth are required for all junior nominations.
