One of Australia’s most beloved comedians, Claire Hooper has been entertaining us for 20 years on-stage and on-screen. Her 2024 show So Proud won her the Piece of Wood Award at the Melbourne Comedy Festival.Claire has written books, columns and articles and had a lot of fun on television whilst co-host of The Great Australian Bake Off; team leader on Good News Week; a panelist on The Project, and as a guest on shows such as Have You Been Paying Attention?, Spicks and Specks and The Weekly with Charlie Pickering.
In 2025, Claire made history by hosting the first international adaptation of Richard Osman’s House of Games, aptly named Claire Hooper’s House of Games for ABC TV. Claire has presented shows on Nova 937, RTRFM and Mix 106.5 and been a regular on Melbourne’s ABC, Triple M and Triple RFM radio.
And we’ll have our usual assortment of support acts who punch above their weight plus pre-show food and drinks at bowls club prices! Doors open at 6 pm!
