About
New Catholic schools to the Respectful Relationships initiative are warmly invited to attend a Catholic Induction day on Friday 15th August. This is a first of its kind collaboration between RR teams, MACS and VCEA to provide a contextualised induction to our new Catholic schools across the Melbourne Archdiocese together in one space.This day will be unique for our Catholic schools, by having a direct focus on the Catholic Social Teachings that underpin the RR implementation in your Catholic schools’ unique context. A collaborative approach will also support your school with the confidence and capacity to ensure consistent messaging back in your school community as you embark on your RR journey.
Overview:
Session One: Respectful Relationships 101 / Content that's consistent across the state
Session Two: VCEA / MACS frameworks, policies and resources that support RR
Session Three: Break out into Area groups for Area specific information/ workshop
