This course shares the knowledge of yogic self-care for women. Kundalini Yoga, with its close connection to Ayurveda (ancient Indian wisdom of long life), offers practical daily lifestyle tips that bring harmony to your being - cellular, hormonal and spiritual.
Caring for your body is an expression of connection with yourself - a powerful act of self-acceptance and kindness that can bring surprisingly powerful healing.
This course is part of a curriculum called In the Body of a Woman. Each 4 week course includes 4 in person 2 hour workshop-style classes, a take home manual and free participation in regular guided 11 day home practice.
