Giving yourself permission to surrender & receive.
Finishing with a guided Universal Prayer for the highest good of all.
Equipment provided, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and a grounding refreshment.
Please wear comfortable & warm clothing & arrive just 5-10mins prior to start.
