The Executive Team have endorsed a new policy, the Draft Appropriate Workplace Behaviour Policy for consultation. This policy informs:• Workplace behaviour expectations at Georges River Council; and
• The overarching principles of preventing, reporting, and responding to inappropriate workplace behaviour; and
• The overarching principles of consequences for engaging in inappropriate workplace behaviour.
Join us for a consultation and feedback session to:
• Discuss the current policy landscape – why the need for a new policy?
• A summary of key policy inclusions.
• Your feedback.
