About
Follow experienced bush guide and Nature Connection facilitator Harvest Bennett, as we travel along approximately 6km of bush track, learning about plants and their uses; and deepening our connection to Nature and each other.This full day experience includes historical insights, plant use information, proven grounding techniques to calm busy nervous systems, and meditative and reflective practices in beautiful wild spaces.
You will leave having experienced Nature in a deeper way, more connected by new knowledge and confidence in the bush, and with deeper insight into how to stand as an ally and partner with this wild green planet Earth.
Morning tea is provided on arrival; please byo lunch and plenty of drinking water.
Dress in layers so you can adjust your temperature throughout the day as needed.
