- Structuring and presenting your pleas: simple framework for preparing and delivering a plea in mitigation.
- Identifying mitigating factors without justification or minimising seriousness: how to highlight helpful factors without overreaching but upholding your solicitor’s duty to not mislead the Court
- Sentencing considerations: key factors the court considers when sentencing
