Preceptorship for Nurses Workshop
About
The Preceptorship for Nurses workshop has been designed to enhance knowledge and skills for preceptors and nurses who are involved in supporting students on clinical placement. Concepts such as ACU nursing curriculum and scope at different year levels, expectations of students on placement, adult learning theory, the preceptor’s role in promoting successful placements and how to support the underperforming student are some of the key information participants will gain by attending one of these workshops.Attendees will receive hard copy resources at the commencement of the day and a CPD certificate of 4.5 hours.
