August Formation Session - Discernment & Decision-Making
About
The Archdiocese of Adelaide is preparing for a Synod in 2026. Each month you are invited to participate in an online formation session with other people from across the Archdiocese. Each session will explore a different aspect or theme of the Synod.Archbishop-Elect Shayne and Chris Cotter will present on Discernment and Decision Making.
Archbishop-Elect Shayne Mackinlay is the current bishop of Sandhurst in Victoria, and has been appointed by Pope Leo IVX to be the Archbishop of Brisbane.
Chris Cotter is the Director of Mission and Pastoral Life for the Diocese of Sandhurst in Victoria, and has worked alongside of Archbishop Mackinlay to establish synodality in the diocese.
