This booking page is for Lifeline staff without Moodle access (management, operations, non-crisis support). Crisis supporters must use Moodle (https://ll.org.au/fc-webinars) for PD tracking.Lifeline Australia offers a new learning opportunity on frequent help seeking for all staff. This fosters a shared understanding of help seekers and Lifeline's role.
Webinar A: Understanding Frequent Help Seeking (1 hour) is an optional, interactive session for all, enhancing knowledge on frequent help seeking and the project for informed conversations.
Frontline staff (Crisis Supporters, ISS, coaches, etc.) may prefer Webinar B, a more in-depth, skill-enhancing version. Details for frontline staff: https://ll.org.au/fc-webinars
