You're invited to take some much-needed time out - a night of self-care to fill your cup! Join me for a relaxing session combining the calming power of creative therapy with the healing vibrations of sound.Each session includes a gentle creative activity followed by a soothing sound healing experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, explore self-expression, and learn about the benefits of creative arts therapy.
Yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow to get extra comfy during sound healing.
Thanks to the amazing support from the Gold Coast City Councils Active & Healthy program these events are only $10 per person (plus booking fee).
