Join Shannon for a fun, energising boxing session designed to help you release stress in a healthy, empowering way — while building your fitness, conditioning, muscular endurance, and coordination 💫These classes are intentionally kept small and intimate so you can learn proper form and technique, feel supported, and continue progressing each week.
With our new space comes more equipment and even more opportunity to level up — and I’m so excited to keep building on our skills, strength, and fitness together 🥊
Just bring a water bottle and towel — and if you have your own boxing gloves and pads, don’t forget to bring those too!
