Gentle Transitions Advocacy and Support warmly invites you to our Dying to Know Day event — a free community Advance Care Planning Forum. Join us for honest, empowering conversations about death, dying, and end-of-life planning. Our panel includes Rose Sexton (RN & End-of-Life Doula), Jane Morris (President Dying with Dignity Victoria), Katie Lockey (Principal Solicitor), Dr Shane Richards (GP, CGP), Lisa North (Acting Team Leader, Advice and Education Team Office of The Public Advocate) and a Holistic Funeral Director from Natural Grace. The Good 2 Go Collective will be available with resources and personel. Ask questions about Wills, Advance Care Plans, Voluntary Assisted Dying, body disposition options, coffins vs shrouds, and more. Afternoon tea provided.
