Join us for our Fastbreak FUNdamentals Sessions in Term 3, 2025. The 8 session term will run from 5-6pm on Mondays from July 28 to September 15 at The Baller Factory.Fastbreak FUNdamentals is a skills program for players already playing that provides the theory, knowledge and skills that all players need to better understand and play the game of basketball in a fun environment.
The program will cover the following components of the game:
• Footwork
• Pivoting
• Passing
• Dribbling
• Shooting
• Defence
• Offence
• Skills consolidation
Players will learn basketball skills theory, be given drills to practice, and then finally the skills will be combined with practices to build the players game knowledge leading to a more confident player with a stronger foundation of the fundamental skills of basketball.
Please bring -
A reversible playing top if possible
A pumped basketball with your name on it
A drink bottle
A positive
