General Information

Hi Venturers, as voted by you we are doing indoor rock climbing at The Edge, Castle Hill.

Meet at The Edge Castle Hill at 7:00pm. 

Wednesday night is their cheap night so we cannot book, it works on a first in first to climb basis. 

Please make sure your parents check you have been able pay and get into the venue before they leave you.

Plan:

Venturers will be undertaking rock climbing indoors.  Everyone who comes in to climb will need to go through a belay instruction with one of the staff members. This will take between 5-15 minutes depending on group size. 

Food and Drinks

There is a kiosk if Venturers wish to bring money to purchase food. 

Wet Weather:

This event will run in the rain (it will be indoors!).

Requirements:

Participants do NOT need to wear uniform. 

You should also bring:

• Drink
• Water Bottle
• Warm jumper
• comfortable climbing shoes (joggers or similar)

This activity:

• will be under direct adult supervision
• will involve both male and female youth members
• will have both male and female adult leaders present
